Just a Hello

Just a quick "Hello" to let everyone know I am doing well. I am still taking excellent care of mommy, as you can see. I wait here on the bathroom rug every morning while she gets ready. No need to worry about mommy while I'm around!

Why Mommy Loves Me

In July, 2007, when I was only 7 months old, mommy got very sick. I stayed in bed with her and took good care of her. I only got up to use my pad and get some food or water. Daddy had to give me a bath and then I went right back to mommy.

It's My Turn

Mom, make her get up. It's my turn on the rug.

Baths are for (the) birds!

Everyone thinks I am so adorably rat-like after I have my bath. I get snuggles and hugs and everyone trying to keep me warm, but they don't know what it's like. I simply can't do anything with my hair!

Ahh yes, unlike most of the other inhabitants of this house, I still have my school girl figure. I must say, I have put on the tiniest bit of winter weight. I was beside myself when I tipped the scales at a whopping 3.8 pounds. But I still look fabulous. Don't I darlings?

An Old Picture

Mom found this old picture of me. It must have been after one of my first haircuts...yikes! I used to get car sick when I was little and they called this "puke tongue". It was a warning sign of things to come...I'll leave it at that. I don't get car sick anymore...I'm a big girl now!

Another Road Trip '08

We just got back from Florida visiting Grandpa Jerry, Aunt Pat and Grandpa Peanut. I got to see the ocean for the first time. I liked running through the sand a lot. What I really liked was the breeze blowing through my hair.

Mom's New Camera

Dad got Mom a new camera for Christmas before he left. Now she is driving us all crazy!

My New Hairbow

Mommy made me a new Christmas hairbow. It looked so cute on me that my little sister, Lulu, had to have one too. She is such a copycat. She has to do everything I do. I suppose that is the price I must pay for being a trendsetter.

Granny Grump

Yesterday we went to Granny Grump's 85th birthday. Wow! 85! What is that in doggie years? About 12 1/2 years old. Well that's not so bad!
